Terms & Conditions

Belmont Golf Course Ltd does not accept any liability for damage, loss or injury to property or persons sustained whilst on the premises.

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-transferable or refundable in the event of cancellation.

Details of all players must be entered when making a booking.

All bookings will receive email confirmation, in the event of not receiving this please contact us.

If requested by any member of Belmont Golf Course produce a valid booking payment email.

Belmont Golf Course will be open from 7am until dusk daily subject to weather and ground conditions.

The management may at their discretion close the course for maintenance.

Belmont Golf Course reserve the right to refuse admission to the course and payment will not be refunded.

Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult on the course. A junior for purpose of discount ceases to be classed as a junior once they reach 16 years of age.

2. ETIQUETTE

Each player must have their own golf clubs.

All golfers are expected to play from the 1st tee, unless otherwise instructed.

Dress code is smart casual.

Pitch marks must be repaired to greens.

Divots must be replaced on tees and fairways.

Bunkers must be raked.

Avoid slow play.

Before taking a shot, players must observe staff working on the course and should give them priority avoiding putting them or others in danger of an errant ball.

The golf course is non smoking.

3. COMPLAINTS

Any complaints should be emailed to Belmont Golf Course within 48 hours of your booked tee-time.

4. LIABILITY

All visitors must have their own personal (public) liability insurance to play on any golf course. Therefore golfers/visitors at Belmont Golf Course play at their own risk and are not covered by the course insurance policies.

Belmont Golf Course do not accept liability for visitors cars, the contents of vehicles or other properties.
