Belmont Golf Course
Established in 2002, Belmont Golf Course is a 9 hole course playable by golfers of all levels and abilities to practice their game or play competitively.
Our rural location, on the edge of the National Forest, provides peaceful surroundings and countryside views and is easily accessible from main roads.
The par 32 course allows golfers to enjoy a round of up to 18 holes and includes five par 4’s, four par 3’s. Set in 30 acres, its yards meander beautifully around the woodland course, with mature trees planted 22 years ago which have enhanced the landscape.

Green Golf at Belmont Golf Course
Belmont Golf Course aim to keep our environmental impact to a minimum, we are committed to take steps towards a greener future.
Steps we are taking:
* Across the course areas of land have been passed back to Mother Nature encouraging wildflowers, grasses for bees, butterflies and ground nesting birds.
*We responsibly manage woodland areas and leave deadwood for habitat creation.
*We don’t irrigate, keeping water usage to a minimum.
*Our greens and fairways are sown with a multitude of grasses, so we are not fertiliser dependent, this mix is more resilient to environmental stress, however it does mean that our greens and fairways are not as green as we would like during drought conditions.
* We try to keep mowing to a minimum whilst ensuring it is up to a good standard.
We endeavour to make more small changes to minimise our carbon footprint.
